Regional Accountant

Our client is seeking a Regional Accountant (Regional Finance Analyst) to support their Driver Logistics business unit. This hybrid role is based at Severnside Depot with semi-regular travel to Bridgewater, Bristol, and Amesbury.

Focuses on financial analysis, reporting, and budgetary control.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with budget control, variance analysis, and reporting.
2. Prepare management accounts, KPIs, and expense reports.
3. Maintain financial controls and manage logistics risks.
4. Support forecasting, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Strong accounting background with Financial Accounting knowledge.
3. Analytical skills and proficiency in spreadsheets (SAP preferred).
4. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
