Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the smooth running of the Claims Team.
2. Oversee team members on HR matters, training, and development.
3. Provide Claims service to clients and achieve targets in line with company objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Previous supervisory or team leading experience.
2. Solid Claims handling experience, particularly in motor, liabilities, and property cases.
3. Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
4. Organised and systematic approach to work.
