Accounts/ Audit Semi Senior – Alton – £27-35,000

My client is a 5 partner firm of chartered accountants based in rural Alton. They have several offices across Hampshire and have a well‑established client base covering many sectors including medium‑sized limited companies, OMB, charities, farms and agriculture as well as various corporate sectors, including telecommunications.

This varied general practice role is 80% accounts vs 20% audit based; however previous audit exposure is not critical for the role.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships as well as the preparation of the associated corporate and personal tax computations and returns.
• Preparation of statutory and management accounts.
• Completing CT600s.
• Assisting with audit as necessary (training can be provided).

You may be AAT qualified or ACA/ACCA part‑qualified looking to further your career within Chartered Accountancy. Previous practice experience is essential.
