The Atrato Group has been appointed as the Investment Adviser to a private UK real estate fund dedicated to investing in homes for the homeless. The fund has experienced tenant, property, and governance issues, and Atrato has been tasked with stabilizing the portfolio. The fund owns over 900 properties with approximately 6,000 lettable bed spaces. As the new Investment Adviser, Atrato\’s priority will be to identify and resolve the issues facing the fund. The Property Manager will oversee the fund\’s property portfolio, managing tenant relations and external property managers. The fund leases its properties under various terms, and its property operations depend on occupier circumstances. The candidate should have experience in gaining vacant possession and managing capital works projects. The Property Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with external property managers, managing them within their KPIs, and reporting on property management activities, including valuations and insurance policies. Responsibilities Monitor tenant KPIs quarterly Assist the Senior Asset Manager with asset management strategies Manage asset tracking and reporting processes Secure vacant possession of occupied properties Collect and report tenant oversight data Implement a property visit program Manage the fund\’s tenancy schedule Contribute to property rectification business plans Assist with property triaging based on Atrato categories Coordinate with external property managers to implement rectification plans Core skills & experience Over 5 years of real estate experience Residential asset management experience Experience reviewing and executing lease agreements Ideally, experience working with Housing Associations or Registered Providers #J-18808-Ljbffr
