As a Nursery Deputy Manager, you will provide leadership and support to foster positive working relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers. You will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the day-to-day running of the nursery and generating and planning ideas.
- Handling administrative duties, including maintaining children's records, ordering resources, and managing personnel files.
- Ensuring proper planning and assessment procedures are in place.
- Ensuring the safety of children and guiding staff in following safeguarding procedures.
