The Growth Enablement team plays a crucial role in enabling growth initiatives from ideation to eventual launch, looks after the health and performance of the conversion funnel, and propels capabilities of our in-house marketing toolings. We’re looking for a highly motivated and creative Growth Enablement Manager to join the team. In this role, you will work on highly impactful growth campaigns and initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to achieve goals. In addition, you will develop a deep understanding of our conversion funnel performance, and produce and distribute insights across teams. This is a stimulating and exciting role in a high-impact, diverse, and global organization.

What You'll Do

  • Map out and identify growth opportunities across the user journey, from awareness to conversion and retention.
  • Establish ongoing tracking, monitoring, and reporting of the conversion funnel.
  • Synthesize data, session replays, and other user interaction insights into a recurring quarter business review for the org.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across product, insights, and business teams and translate findings, insights, and data into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with teams that generate data and insights to enable a holistic understanding of user behavior and performance.
  • Learn how to operate a suite of internal marketing tools to bring growth initiatives live in front of Spotify users and play an important role in the overall success of these initiatives.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in web and mobile app performance tracking related roles. Subscription based or ecommerce business experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficient with SQL and experience working in BigQuery.
  • Have worked on tracking implementation projects for app & web in prior roles.
  • Experience working with web and product analytics tools such as Heap, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics.
  • Proven track record of driving and achieving results through analyzing data and drawing conclusions/recommendations.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively; Diligent, with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple partners, including international teams, legal, product and engineering.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s Degree or a similar degree.

Where You'll Be

This role is based in London. We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 1/2 times per week.
