In this role you will:
- Evaluate complex advertising contracts and insertion orders, identifying and mitigating risks while driving solutions to challenges.
- Serve as the primary contact for intricate, global RFPs/Tenders, overseeing the entire process end-to-end, through submission, and providing outstanding support.
- Manage escalated requests for Display and Performance products via Salesforce with precision and punctuality, offering support where necessary.
- Partner with relevant teams to address revenue-related challenges, ensuring we achieve our business goals and optimize revenue.
- Address issues and business needs across Salesforce, Oracle, and Adobe Sign to bolster our financial processes and compliance.
- Triage data and revenue recognition errors related to invoicing, working to resolve in a timely manner.
- Lead revenue operations and maintain financial compliance for designated global products, regions, or brands.
- Drive small to medium size projects, and/or provide project support for additional large-scale initiatives, as needed.
- Respond promptly to audit requests from both internal and external sources, sharing consolidated findings with Sr. Manager.
- Deliver ad-hoc training sessions to various teams within Expedia Group and Media Solutions.
- Invest in personal growth, understanding biases, leveraging strengths, and being open to feedback.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and/or 4+ years previous experience in advertising, compliance and/or financial background. 4+ years working in a global, multi-cultural organization. English required (and for some positions a second language). Experience working with MS Office suite; intermediate to advanced Excel skills required. Intermediate project management skills. Experience with Salesforce, Google Ad Manager, Order Management Systems, Tableau and Oracle strongly preferred.
