Job Description

Are you passionate about digital commerce and online campaigns? Join our team as the eMerchandising & Cross-Channel Campaigns Manager for Premium Brands in Europe & North Africa based in Warsaw on the fixed-term contract for around 1.5 years. You will take ownership of campaign activation and content creation to deliver engaging onsite experiences and drive conversion across multiple geographies.

What will you do?

  • Define the strategy and manage the onsite animation for Premium Brands across desktop, mobile and App platforms, including landing pages and offer pages.
  • Lead and coordinate 360° campaigns with internal stakeholders, ensuring full-funnel alignment with business goals and brand briefs.
  • Ensure quality, relevancy and attractiveness of web content to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates and revenue through testing and data analysis.
  • Oversee content creation processes, including coordinating with agencies and copywriters to align with customer segmentation strategies and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

Our ideal profile would be:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce or Content/ Webshop Management.
  • Academic background in business or digital marketing.
  • Strong command of CMS tools (e.g., AEM) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Fluent in English (additional EU language is a plus).
  • Proven ability to work in matrixed, international environments with tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and customer-centric approach.
