Medical Radiation Technologist - Mammography

Required:

1. Member in good standing of the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO)
2. Graduate of an accredited program of Medical Imaging – Radiography
3. Registration with OAMRS/CAMRT is preferred
4. Possess valid liability insurance as defined by the CMRITO
5. Completed Breast Imaging 1 and 2 courses from CAMRT
6. Initiative, organizational, and decision-making skills are essential
7. Strong computer skills
8. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal courteously and effectively with physicians, patients, and other members of the healthcare team
9. Capable of coping with a physically demanding workload
10. Must be available to work all shifts including weekends and stat holidays

Asset:

1. Certificate in Breast Imaging
2. 3 to 5 years of experience
