We have an exciting new job opportunity open at Verisure Service for a Field Retentions Engineer.

MANUAL DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED

As a Field Engineer, you will be servicing customers’ alarms as well as advising them on the best security and safety solutions, providing class leading expertise in order to retain the accounts of customers in the cancellation process.

As a Field Retentions Engineer, you will be:

  • Dealing with escalated high-level complaints
  • Installing and providing technical assistance and routine maintenance to Verisure security systems at our customers' premises with a focus on “first time fix” solutions.
  • Providing a detailed, informed walk-through of the Verisure Alarm system.
  • Establishing, building and managing strong long-term customer relationships
  • Identifying reasons why the customer is thinking of leaving and establishing benefits that will improve the customer experience
  • Ensuring we are always promoting what is currently best for customer security solutions in order to retain customer accounts
  • Troubleshooting any issues and repeat false alarms that may arise.
  • Managing stock materials and company vehicle maintenance in line with schedules.

Required criteria:

  • Strong English communication skills and a good team player
  • Ability to start and keep conversation going, taking over the responsibility of resolving ongoing issues
  • Striving to achieve performance and customer targets to earn bonus
  • Customer oriented, genuinely passionate about providing an amazing experience through every interaction
  • A clean manual driving licence
  • Engineering/Technical/Retentions/Sales experience: 1 year (preferred)
