We are currently seeking an energetic, hard-working Agricultural Construction Labourer to help us build grain systems on construction sites through Eastern Ontario. This hands-on position is part of a 4 person crew based out of Winchester. This is a full-time permanent position, working approximately 50 hours per week on a straight day shift, with no Sunday work.

Key Responsibilities
- Regular travel around Eastern Ontario with your construction crew; some overnight stays required
- Follow instruction as per Crew Leader and Project Manager, adhering to project specifications
- Assemble and install grain bin systems which includes concrete work, millwrighting and equipment assembly
- Work at heights of up to 50 meters
- Participate in training for safe work practices, use of equipment, tools and job techniques
- Contribute to the team with a positive attitude and continue to develop a great working culture, with an emphasis on health and safety
What you bring
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping and/or agriculture
- Experience operating various equipment including but not limited to welders, hydraulic lifting systems, forklift/telehandler, considered an asset
- Experience assembling grain bins or similar experience, considered an asset
- A willingness to contribute to a team and work hard
- Ability to work comfortably and confidently at heights
- Enjoy working outdoors throughout the year
