Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for taking incoming calls to the service department, booking service appointments and maintaining proper scheduling.
  • Calling customers to confirm appointments.
  • Reaching out to customers to come in for service and follow up on recent service visits.
  • Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner.
  • Assist customers with service related questions and concerns.
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work Full Time including Saturdays and some evenings.
  • Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice.
  • Possess time management skills and be able to work independently.
  • Not scared of the word "No".
  • Take direction well.
  • Must like being part of a TEAM.
