We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our established and successful Practice. With offices located in Sherborne, Corsham, Shaftesbury, and Canford Cliffs, this full-time, in-office role is perfect for someone eager to expand their skill set and delve deeper into the technical aspects of financial services administration.

About the Role

Department: Client Services Team

Location: Choice of Canford Cliffs, Sherborne, Shaftesbury, or Corsham (in-office)

Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

In this varied role, you will support our Financial Advisers in meeting their servicing requirements, especially in light of recent changes to Consumer Duty. Ideal candidates will be professional, eager to learn, and possess a \’can-do\’ attitude. This role requires a technical mindset and excellent attention to detail.

About You

Experience: Experience in Financial Services is essential.

Knowledge: Understanding of Financial Planning or Wealth Management is desirable.

Qualifications: While not essential, qualifications such as RO exams or equivalents are welcomed.

Skills:

• Strong research capabilities and comfort with complex casework.
• Ability to adapt to change and a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for clients.
