The predicted salary is between 31500 - 49000 £ per year.
Salary: £31,500.00 - 42,700.00, from 1st April this will increase to £44,200. PLUS Shift Premium. Please note this role will attract a shift premium of 15% of the base rate, this is an additional earning of up to £4,725 annually. This could be a potential earning of up to £49,000 (annually) with shift allowance included. Overtime is a premium featured benefit, but not guaranteed.
The Partnership offers a fantastic range of benefits including a Defined Contribution pension scheme where your contributions will be matched by the Partnership (up to 8% of pay) and, after three years' service, you'll receive an additional Partnership contribution of 4% of pay, regardless of whether you pay in or not.
Hours of Work: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week, Monday- Friday (2 week rota). Working Early shift Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00. Working Late shift week 2: 14:00 - 22:00.
About the Role: You'll be working on our large HGV lorries. It will be your job to ensure all vehicles are maintained to a safe and roadworthy standard to both VOSA and Partnership's requirements. Ensuring that relevant sections of all inspections, services and defect sheets are completed in compliance with our 'O' Licence obligations and that all spare requests and time books are completed daily. You'll be aware of best practices and current commercial vehicle repair techniques, to deliver high-quality repairs in a cost-effective manner and that the use of spare parts and consumables reflects the level of work carried out.
