Technical Designer

Salary: Negotiable
Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm, Monday – Friday

Company:
A well-known name in the commercial workplace fit-out space. Central London based contractor.

Role:

1. Set-up Revit base build information for designer to commence space planning
2. Prepare and coordinate pitch/pre-construction technical content, LTA packs, and construction package information
3. Revit technical output at each project stage
4. Support your partner designer on site and deal with contractor queries, reporting to Design Director

Skills & Experience:

1. Used to working within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where nothing is a problem
2. Positive attitude
3. Energy, drive, and \’can do\’ attitude is essential; demonstrates initiative
4. Fluent in Revit
5. Architecturally trained with high attention to detail
6. Ability to take initiative to solve technical issues
7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
8. Confident to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
9. Excellent communication – both written and verbal
10. A working knowledge of UK building systems, regulations, and construction methods
