The team you will be working with: You will be working with NTT Data UK&I Salesforce Practice under the Delivery and Governance Sub practice, and will be joining the Development team for Public Sector / Service Cloud clients.

What you will be doing:

  • A proactive, self-starter who will lead a Development Team
  • Produce designs when required
  • Represent the team on client calls and conduct client presentations
  • Experience of Salesforce Service Cloud - must
  • Willing and able to attend the customer's site in central London if required (though predominantly working remotely)

What experience you will bring:

  • 6+ years of relevant Salesforce Development Experience
  • Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud hands-on configuration and administration (including lightning page layouts, email/routing, custom object definition, list views, dynamic forms)
  • Expertise in out-of-the-box capabilities of Service Cloud including Entitlements / SLA Management
  • Implementation of complex Salesforce Flows
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Apex and LWC development
  • Git software version control
  • Familiarity with Salesforce SFDX / Visual Studio Code
  • Comfortable with agile delivery using Jira task management
  • Experience with DevOps deployment – CI / CD pipeline
