(12-Month FTC – Maternity Cover, starting September ) LADbible Group is on the lookout for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our amazing Legal team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a unique opportunity to work in a small, supportive team where no two days are the same, offering a broad mix of corporate, commercial, and compliance work across one of the world’s most engaged digital brands. What you’ll be doing: You’ll be advising on a wide range of legal matters across the business, including: Overseeing our corporate governance framework (e.g. board approvals) Advising on M&A opportunities Managing company compliance policies and procedures (anti-bribery, ESG) Reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts Protecting LADbible Group’s brand, content and IP Advising on data protection and privacy matters (UK & international) Supporting on regulatory risk and company secretarial filings Managing global company registers and corporate structuring What we’re looking for: Qualified solicitor with 6–8 years’ PQE and a valid practising certificate Strong background in corporate M&A/commercial law Excellent communicator with great stakeholder management skills A clear, concise drafter with sharp attention to detail Strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment Experience in media, digital, or e-commerce sectors is a big plus!
