Salary: £48,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer to join our team, working in the Facilities Management (FM) industry. You will be responsible for the maintenance and smooth operation of a high-end commercial building in the heart of London. Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
2. Ensure all building systems are operational and compliant with safety standards.
3. Fault finding, repairs, and testing of electrical systems and equipment.
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless building operation.
5. Deliver exceptional service in line with the high standards of the commercial property.

What We\’re Looking For:

1. NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Electrical qualification.
2. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
3. Proven experience in a similar role within the FM or commercial building environment.
4. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently and within a team.
