Our client is looking for a hard-working individual with Paraplanning experience to join their team based in London, managing wealth for private clients, families, and institutions. They provide a highly personal service and offer advice across the full range of Private Client Investment Tax and Retirement Planning.

The Role:

  • Collating client information and preparing suitability letters for a variety of technical cases
  • Preparing illustrations and reports for client meetings
  • Managing cases to completion and working with internal processing systems
  • Ensuring that the business obtained is being processed compliantly and in a timely manner
  • Liaising with colleagues and third parties on a daily basis

You will be given full training on the relevant IT systems.

Requirements:

  • This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate, IT proficient, and professional Paraplanner who enjoys using their initiative and has a 'can do' working style.
  • You will have been working within an IFA or Wealth Management environment and you have the Level 4 Dip PFS qualification and are potentially looking to be Chartered.
  • You will have significant industry experience in the technical aspects and administration of IHT and/or Pension and/or Investment products.
  • You are highly organised and have excellent communication skills.
  • You have a solution-focused approach to your work.
  • It is essential that you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion.

You will receive coaching from some of the most experienced and respected individuals in the wealth management industry.
