We’re looking for a Showroom Sales Assistant to join our team and help create a great customer experience on Saturdays in our busy showroom. If you have a positive attitude and a passion for customer service, we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and providing excellent service
- Assisting customers with product selection and answering enquiries
- Processing sales transactions accurately using our electronic till system
- Maintaining showroom standards by replenishing stock and organising displays
- Ensuring showroom security and assisting in loss prevention
- Supporting other trade counters when required
- Arranging PDI (pre-delivery inspection) for sold equipment where applicable
