An award-winning, Tier 1 Main Contractor that works on a range of projects across various sectors has a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based out of their offices in Rainham, Essex.
The company has an excellent name in the industry and is recognized as one of the leading Main Contractors. They deliver cost-effective and sustainable bespoke solutions across the public and private sectors. They work across healthcare, education, retail, social housing, and commercial projects, carrying out new build and refurbishment projects, from small works to multi-million-pound schemes.
They are looking for an experienced and versatile Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis. The ideal person will have a strong track record working for a reputable Main Contractor on a range of projects across various sectors.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ideally Degree qualified or other relevant construction qualification
- Extensive experience working for a reputable main contractor
- Track record working on a range of projects across various sectors
- Excellent commercial skills and awareness
