We are looking for an experienced Social Worker with experience across the child welfare system. Extensive child protection and court experience is essential. This includes working in a strength-based way with children and their families to ensure they are safe and able to thrive.
NYC has a defined practice model which is based on systemic principles, signs of safety, and family seeing methodology. Excellent communication skills, knowledge of child care legislation, and the ability to work effectively with the child's network, multi-agency partners, and team colleagues are essential.
Full driver's license and vehicle are essential.
