ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a confident, sales-driven professional with a passion for client engagement and luxury service to join our team as a Membership Sales Executive.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our exclusive membership base by selling a luxury service both over the phone and face-to-face. This is a high-impact, target-focused role suited for someone who thrives on making meaningful client connections, hitting conversion goals, and confidently representing a brand that partners with some of the prestigious names in luxury fashion.
You will represent a membership experience that offers clients priority access to private sales from world-renowned brands β your mission will be to communicate the value of this access with confidence, clarity, and conviction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the growth of our membership base through high-volume outbound phoning campaigns, with a strong focus on daily prospecting, personalised sales pitches, and consistent client engagement.
- Sell and renew memberships by tailoring your approach based on client profile and history
- Collaborate with the UK Manager of Clients to develop and execute targeted conversion campaigns.
- Write and refine phoning scripts to maximise effectiveness and conversion rates
- Monitor and report on campaign performance weekly, monthly, and annually.
Showroom Membership Acquisition and Experience
- Provide on-the-ground support to the Hostess team during strategic sales events, help manage queues, signage, and crowd flow.
- Identify potential prospects in the queue and on the showroom floor and engage them to present and sell memberships in-person.
- Ensure that both Hostess and Floor teams are fully equipped and trained to communicate membership benefits with refines sales techniques.
- Propose new strategies and processes to the UK Manager of Clients to continuously improve showroom conversion rates.
- Respond to inbound client queries across phone, email, digital channels with excellent service and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Provide guidance on membership benefits and post-sale follow-up to encourage loyalty and satisfaction.
