Roles and Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Act as both functional lead and project manager
- Take full ownership of projects from initiation to completion, following company standards
- Manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively
- Document and own project backlogs and requirements
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to meet client needs
- Monitor quality, manage expectations, and conduct reviews to ensure milestones are achieved
- Represent the company in customer meetings and lead on-site engagements as the first point of contact
- Design and lead project solutions in collaboration with delivery and technical teams
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients at all levels and internal teams
- Mentor and develop future talent within the team
- Support pre-sales activities, including scoping and identifying new opportunities
- Propose and implement improvements to Customer Success strategies
