A leading Energy company in Manchester is looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their team. This role will involve working closely with end-users, managing IT assets, providing high-level VIP support, and maintaining IT infrastructure.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Helpdesk & User Support – Managing IT tickets, prioritizing requests, and onboarding users.
- VIP & Global Digital Meeting Support – Supporting senior stakeholders and video conferencing setups.
- IT Asset Management – Provisioning and administering laptops, mobile devices, M365, and mailbox management.
- Software & Hardware Support – Installation, procurement, and vendor liaison for IT equipment.
- Networking & Server Room Management – Basic networking skills and hardware configuration.
- Stock & Procurement Management – Handling purchase requisitions and vendor coordination.
