Quality Manager

Role Description:

Auditing of quality system annually to ensure that manuals and procedures are current and being followed.

1. Ensuring that training and inspection equipment are sufficient for the tasks to be performed.
2. Initiating action to prevent NC occurrence of product, process or quality system nonconformities.
3. Ensuring that the quality system is established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with AS9100 Rev. D.
4. Interfacing with customer quality representatives.
5. Ensure a high level of internal and external customer/regulatory communications.
6. Investigate, determine root cause, initiate permanent corrective action and document customer issues and escapes as they arise (e.g., RCCA, problem solving, PFMEA, 5 why, etc.).
7. Assess and implement the appropriate data analysis, quality methods, inspection criteria and procedures to ensure the technical integrity of our quality processes and results.
8. Supports and drives supplier development, approval and performance, lead internal & external aerospace quality compliance audits.
