We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the delivery of safe and efficient oil and gas maintenance projects for a global energy solutions provider. The role involves providing technical support, supervision, and mentoring to both onshore and site-based teams, ensuring the highest standards of operational and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the successful execution of system projects.
- Provide technical, operational, and business support to enhance the performance of Cable and Pipe Lay Systems (CPLS).
- Mentor onshore project controls, engineering teams, and site-based technicians, ensuring project standards and safety protocols are upheld.
- Lead root cause analyses, after-action reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct audits and site inspections to ensure operational compliance with company standards.
