About the Role

1. Lead and coordinate a team providing holistic continence care in line with service standards.
2. Act as a clinical expert, managing complex cases and running clinics such as TWOC and ambulatory catheter clinics.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to deliver integrated care.
4. Mentor staff, promote professional development, and foster a culture of excellence.

What We’re Looking For

1. Qualifications: Registered Nurse Level 1 with current NMC registration and a recognised bladder and bowel health qualification.
2. Experience: Significant clinical expertise in continence care, with leadership and management experience.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and IT skills, plus the ability to manage complex cases.
