Zencargo is looking for a Mid-level Product Designer to join one of our cross-functional product teams and help us bring to life our design vision: Digital freight forwarding that is personal, seamless, intuitive, bridges global differences, and does the heavy lifting for you.
You’ll work end-to-end across the product lifecycle—leading research, crafting UI, prototyping ideas, and collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers. You’ll help shape product experiences, supported by an experienced designer and a culture that values quality, autonomy, and curiosity. Portfolio required with application. Our platform is a web application with features that enable customers to capture their products and suppliers; plan and book their shipping; track shipments to arrival; pay for shipping; and analyse their supply chain performance. We provide the platform, combined with our freight services, to major retailers across the globe, with a particular focus on the UK and EU. We have an exciting vision for the platform over the coming years so there will be opportunities to build market-leading and market-first features that satisfy and delight our users.

About the Role
As a Product Designer at Zencargo, you’ll:
- Design thoughtful, intuitive experiences that simplify complex workflows for supply chain and logistics teams
- Own problems from discovery to delivery—shaping solutions through wireframes, UI design, and testing
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to build and iterate on valuable features
- Use research and data to deeply understand user needs and validate your ideas
- Contribute to and advocate for our design system and design principles
- Balance hands-on design with active participation in critiques, workshops, and strategy discussions
- Stay curious and proactive—especially when it comes to emerging tools and trends in AI
- Help shape and evolve our growing design culture
About You
You’re someone who:
- Has 4–5 years of experience designing digital products, ideally in a SaaS or platform environment
- Shares a portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful problem-solving and user-centred design
- Brings fluency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate clearly across teams
- Works with resilience and enthusiasm—even in ambiguity or complexity
- Shows a strong appetite for learning, especially in fast-changing areas like AI
- Has a sharp eye for detail, with high standards for usability, craft, and polish
- Enjoys close collaboration in small, focused teams where every contribution counts
