ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process warranty return requests from customers and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with customer, logistics, and technical support teams to facilitate the return process.
- Arrange inspection of returned products to determine the validity of warranty claims.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty returns and related documentation.
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their warranty returns and provide updates as needed.
- Analyse warranty return data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in development and implementing policies and procedures for warranty returns.
- Work with the accounts team to resolve any financial queries.
- Ensure compliance with security requirements, including information security, data protection, and prototype protection, to maintain the highest standards of information security at the level required by our customers.
- Support all company and department activities associated with meeting the goal in the “Presidents Message”.
- Adopt and practice Kaizen principles and concepts, participate in continuous improvement and GEAR activities.
- Follow all general procedures as indicated in the General Procedures section of the Level 3 Procedures Manual.
- Support and adhere to policies, procedures, and operational guidelines related to established quality management systems (e.g. TS 16949, ISO 9001:2014).
- Maintain working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner.
