Stock Condition Surveyor and RDSAP

TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint a Stock Condition Surveyor on a 6-month contract based in West London to start ASAP.

Overview:

• Outside IR35
• PAID PRICE PER SURVEY
• Booked appointments by the client
• Properties located in/around West London
• Uniform and Tablet provided

This role entails:

• Conducting Stock Condition Surveys and RdSAP on over 1500 social housing properties.
• Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
• Performing health and safety surveys in line with HHSRS.
• Using tablets to record the condition of social housing properties, remaining lifespan of components such as kitchens and bathrooms will be recorded along with the condition of the properties\’ exterior.

Skillset and Qualifications:

• Equipment and software proficiency: Ability to use specialised tools and software for data collection.
• Knowledge of REM life, HHSRS, RdSAP.
