Position Type: Software Testing Trainer

Working Hours: 09 to 05

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual and/or automated).
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, Postman, or others.
• Excellent understanding of SDLC, STLC, and software testing methodologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a passion for teaching.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners with varying technical backgrounds.
• Prior experience in training or teaching is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging training programs in software testing (manual and automated).
• Prepare training materials, including course content, exercises, and assessments.
• Conduct hands-on sessions using relevant testing tools and frameworks.
• Mentor and guide students to understand core testing concepts and industry practices.
• Stay updated with the latest testing trends, tools, and techniques to enhance training quality.
• Evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills.
• Assist in designing real-world projects or case studies for practical exposure.
• Participate in curriculum development and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
