Location: Portsmouth
Are you a skilled Fabric Engineer looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience working within a commercial environment? Do you want to join an industry leading Facilities & Maintenance provider? If so, I may have the role for you!
Key duties will include:
- Day-to-day delivery of maintenance works
- Fabric maintenance including carpentry, joinery, basic plumbing, basic electrical, painting, decorating and other tasks
- Reactive and fabric PPM maintenance
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations
