Founded over 30 years ago, Sir Cameron Mackintosh’s Delfont Mackintosh Theatres Ltd owns and operates eight of the most prestigious theatres in London’s West End: the Gielgud, Noël Coward, Novello, Sondheim, Prince Edward, Prince of Wales, Victoria Palace and Wyndham’s.

We are recruiting for a Head of Training, an exciting new role within our small HR team. The post will report to the HR Director and take responsibility for the successful delivery of all training and development activity at our busy, vibrant organisation that employs more than 700 staff across our venues and head office.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and managing training and projects across organisations, working with a range of third-party providers. You must be highly organised, with strong analytical skills and have a positive, hands-on approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate and work well in a team.
