We are searching for an Applications and Reporting Lead to oversee the development, enhancement, and delivery of Management Information, Business Intelligence, and data input solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic vision to drive data-driven decision-making across the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Applications and Reporting team to design and deliver effective data consumption products
- Introduce innovative tools and techniques to improve data accuracy, accessibility, and usability
- Act as the subject matter expert, advising on data input, interaction, and consumption strategies
- Collaborate closely with Data Architects and Engineers to develop scalable and secure data pipelines
- Maintain and deliver accurate, insightful reports and dashboards using SQL Server and Tableau
- Mentor, develop, and lead a team of developers and analysts, promoting a collaborative culture
Experience
- Experience in a leadership role within MI, BI, or a related data management field
- Experience transitioning to and working within an Agile DevOps/DataOps framework
- Proven ability to manage developers and analysts
- Expertise in Tableau for creating advanced dashboards and reports
