Sangoma is looking for a talented, self-motivated Cloud Account Manager to join our fast-paced, ever-growing organization. The successful candidate will join our Sales team and will have the opportunity to work with the latest cloud-based Sangoma UC solutions. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, successful team with responsibility to grow sales in this new arena for Sangoma.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive sales prospecting – seeking new opportunities
- Regular travel to engage with current and potential customers
- Reactive sales – follow-up on inquiries, pricing/quotations, and generally moving all inquiries to sales closure
- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions
- Develop and implement sales promotions
Skills / Experience Required:
- University or college degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education
- At least 2 years of direct work experience in a sales capacity in a related industry
- Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals and achieve sales quotas
- Experience in bringing on new channels for sales and ongoing account management
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
