The successful candidate will have experience of managing a Safeguarding Admin Team and be able to manage, co-ordinate and develop an efficient and effective customer-focused administration service within Children’s Social Care. IT literate with the ability to communicate and co-ordinate relevant information from senior management across the service, contribute to service improvement and ensure compliance with statutory and departmental policies and procedures is essential. Experience of processing financial transactions in accordance with the Authority’s relevant policies and procedures is vital along with the working knowledge of Social Care systems interrogation. Leading and motivating a business support team, an understanding of personnel policies and procedures is required with a proven ability to work flexibly and meet demanding and sometimes conflicting targets to meet the demands of the service.
You must have:
- Enhanced DBS/Update service.
- References required for the last 5 years of employment.
