Mental Health Support Worker Role – BANK

Shift Pattern Below:

  • Long Days and Nights – 12 hours

These shifts allow you to develop great relationships with the people you support and work with.

The Job Role:

You will be expected to cover the whole of Bristol and surrounding areas, encouraging people to live as independently as possible.

You will have the opportunity to develop new skills and receive training at the Bristol office as well as on the job.

Shift patterns are easy to follow with shifts provided 2 weeks in advance as a minimum.

There will be a meet and greet with the client before you commence care shifts, along with access to further training and development within Health and Social Care.

You will receive ongoing support from the senior team.

What You Need:

  • A positive outlook and a caring nature.
  • Previous Support Worker experience and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • A driving licence is required.

Pay: £12.60-£13.65 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Night shift

Experience:

  • Mental Health: 1 year (preferred)
