We are actively interviewing LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, Psychologists, Residents In Counseling, Supervisees In Social Work, and Psychiatry Professionals.
We are seeking talented candidates to join our practice of over 90 team members at our Stafford, Virginia location. If you are tired of doing community-based work, putting tons of miles on your vehicle, paying for your supervision, or keeping up with the stress of maintaining your hours, this will be a perfect opportunity for you.
We are seeking applicants who are passionate about providing evidence-based outpatient mental health treatment to children, teens, and adults. We provide individual, group, family, and couples counseling. We are currently seeking full-time or part-time candidates that work with children, teens, and adults for a well-rounded clinical experience.

Resilience Counseling & Social Skills Center provides high-quality counseling, psychotherapy, psychological testing, psychiatry, and mental health services to children, teens, and adults in the Richmond and Fredericksburg, Virginia areas. We have four physical locations in Midlothian, Glen Allen, Stafford, and Fredericksburg.
