Insolvency Practitioner / Director

JOB DESCRIPTION An insolvency practice based in Glasgow seeks a highly motivated and experienced Insolvency Practitioner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in work winning and a strong background in insolvency.
Responsibilities:
Managing a diverse caseload of corporate insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations and CVAs
Liaising with creditors, debtors and stakeholders to obtain information and updates on case progress
Contributing to the development of the firm’s business strategy
Driving new business and securing new clients for the firm
Delivering high-quality insolvency services to clients
Requirements:
Proven track record in work-winning and business development
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in insolvency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
