We are looking for a clinician who has an interest in working with clients experiencing psychosis and who can demonstrate a clear understanding of and commitment to providing evidenced-based, trauma-informed, high-quality clinical approaches and interventions.
We are seeking an enthusiastic person who has experience of and interest in working with people who have severe and enduring mental health problems within a recovery-oriented and trauma-informed approach. You would be a key member of the multidisciplinary team providing assessment, case management and evidence-based interventions for psychosis.
Our trust has an excellent reputation for offering a wide range of CPD, and the post holder will have the opportunity to develop special interests and expertise in line with service objectives.
Qualifications- Post-graduate doctoral level training in applied psychology as approved by the HCPC.
- Professionally registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health Professions Council (HCPC).
- Significant assessed experience of working as a qualified psychologist.
- Experience of working with a wide variety of client groups.
- Experience of exercising full clinical responsibility for clients’ psychological care and treatment.
- Doctoral level knowledge of research design and methodology.
- Knowledge of legislation in relation to the client group.
- Evidence of continuing professional development as required by the HCPC.
