Successful applicants must demonstrate:

• A bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy
• A minimum of five years\’ post-grad experience
• At least one year’s experience working with paediatrics
• Ability to assist with business development
• Passion and dedication for working with children
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Alignment with Better Days core values
• Relevant employment checks and registrations
