What We’re Looking For:
- Registered membership of UKCP or BACP.
- EMDR Association UK accredited, alongside EMDR specific training.
- Hold a core counselling / psychotherapy qualification.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in offering Individual and/or Couples Therapy. (Family therapists are also welcome to apply.)
- Confidence in working with various clinical presenting issues of varying degrees.
- Experience and understanding of how to work with trauma safely.
- Ability to envision and navigate the therapeutic process, managing clients’ presenting issues with insight and experience.
- Motivation and commitment to our client group and ongoing development.
- Professional indemnity insurance, including worldwide cover for online sessions.
- Capacity for high responsiveness to emails, referrals, and booking notifications, adhering to Leone Centre policies and procedures.
- Experience with online scheduling systems is preferred, but full training and ongoing support will be provided.
- Unwavering dedication to confidentiality and a solid grasp of UK GDPR principles.
- Must be UK based for insurance reasons.
