A Part Time Financial Controller is being recruited exclusively by Bond Williams Recruitment for an established and successful Poole based company. This is a new role as the business is growing and reporting requirements have increased as they have become part of a larger group. This would be for approx 2-3 days per week and would be office based.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee 2 finance staff but have responsibility for:
- Overseeing sales and purchase ledger and credit control
- Preparing monthly management accounts and commentary to tight deadlines
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting and highlighting variances
- Preparing monthly group reports
- VAT returns
- Cash flow forecasting
- Payroll - liaising with bureau
- Insurance renewals
- Other ad hoc financial aspects
Ideally qualified (CIMA/ACCA) with SME experience but ability to meet tight deadlines for group and oversee and support a small team. In addition, strong Excel is essential and experience of Sage 200 would be an advantage.
Friendly working environment, parking, annual bonus paid quarterly, 25 days holiday pro rata and 4.5% pension.
