We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of IT Operations to lead the infrastructure operations and service delivery teams. This is a key leadership role pivotal in establishing a global IT service desk and aligning infrastructure & desktop teams globally.
You will also establish and drive Service Portfolio Management, working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to ensure that IT services align with business objectives and meet the expectations of both internal and external customers.
About You
- Minimum of 8-10 years experience in IT Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic planning, architectural design and roadmap development of hybrid-cloud, global infrastructure landscapes.
- Budget ownership and investment planning cycle experience with a proven track record driving operational efficiencies.
- Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework, and industry best practices.
- Experience in building and scaling IT service delivery processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop cross-functional teams.
