We are always on the lookout for experienced General Managers to run our premium, fresh-food businesses. If that sounds like you and you are based in Hertfordshire, Middlesex or Berkshire, we would love to have a look at your CV and potentially even have a chat with a view to joining us within the next 12 months.
You are in charge of your own business - that means that working alongside your head chef and operations manager, you decide what goes on your menu – and have the freedom to write those recipes from scratch, as well as deciding what sales driving events you do which fit the vision and business plan of your pub.
