Long-term freelance/Temp to Perm opportunity for a Pre-construction Design Manager in Uxbridge, offering a competitive day rate. This role involves working with a Tier 1 house builder on PCSA's for residential projects. Currently, I am assisting a market-leading company in their search for a Pre-construction Design Manager to join their team. The position can be site-based or remote.

You will work closely with the existing construction team and receive full support from a Design Director, Regional Technical Manager, and Construction Director. The client prides themselves on their developments, having regenerated various schemes across London in sectors such as new build, fit out, and refurbishment.

This freelance position is initially for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record supporting a Main Contractor in a similar capacity.
