Our client is one of the largest, independent, and privately-owned companies providing best-in-class people, technology, and training solutions looking for a Fire & Security Operations Manager.
You will be required to oversee day-to-day activities within the organisation to ensure efficient and effective operations. You will be responsible for surveys, managing parts & projects, and various aspects of the business, including but not limited to general install surveys, quality control, day-to-day fire engineers & contractors management, and assisting admin in planning works. You must have knowledge or experience within Fire & Security industries.
Key Attributes Required for the Role:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years management experience in the Fire & Security Industry
- Must have worked within Fire & Security Engineering
- Strong fire & security engineering background
- Ideally educated to degree level within an engineering discipline
- Good understanding and knowledge of budget control
- Strong quality management skills
- A leader in engineering and technical service
- Excellent communication skills
- High levels of energy, drive, and confidence
- An excellent leader and motivator
- Possess good customer service skills when engaging with customers and suppliers alike
- Hands-on approach and not afraid to get your hands dirty

The role is for full-time working hours with a good degree of flexibility required regarding start and finish times. The salary for the role is between GBP50k and GBP55k depending on experience, with the role being advertised as permanent.
