Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable Electrical Engineer to join their team in Doncaster. As a key member of the engineering and maintenance operations, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical systems and machinery used in cable manufacturing to reduce downtime.
  • Analyse and optimise machine performance, ensuring electrical systems operate efficiently and meet production demands.
  • Supervise the installation, commissioning, and calibration of new machinery and electrical components, ensuring they comply with operational standards.
  • Ensure all electrical work follows industry safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Provide technical support to production teams, offering expertise on electrical system issues and assisting in process improvements.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Valid Level 3 certificate in Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, power systems, and electronic components.
