Andover MOT and Servicing Limited is hiring a Vehicle Technician for our Car and MOT Service Centre in Andover.
Due to expansion, we require a full-time qualified and commercially experienced senior motor vehicle mechanic, preferably with an MOT licence but not essential. We are a busy multi-vehicle repair workshop and MOT station.
With over 20 years of experience, we are the leading garage in the area and currently have two local garages and a motorbike workshop in our portfolio. We cover all types of vehicles from cars to vans and everything in between.
The successful applicant will be expected to carry out all aspects of vehicle servicing and repair, including but not limited to:
- Diagnostics
- Clutches
- Timing belts
- Brakes
- Exhausts
- Servicing
- Tyres
Applicants need to be fully qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 or above and have a minimum of 2 years experience in a commercial garage. A full driving licence is essential. An MOT tester is preferred but not essential - training may be offered to the right candidate.
We offer a competitive salary dependent on skill set and experience, along with an Auto Enrol Pension for eligible employees. We also provide paid holidays and Bank Holidays. Various training opportunities are available to the right candidate to enable them to expand their skillset and knowledge base.
